Role Description

We are looking for a Mexico-based Project Manager / Program Manager to support long-term Asset Finance implementation projects.

Candidates must have knowledge of Asset Finance and Leasing. Implementation experience is required.

The Project Manager / Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress, manage risks, and align deliverables with business objectives, schedules, budgets, and compliance standards.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, project execution, resource planning, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and quality assurance skills.

Candidates must be based in Mexico and available to travel to client locations in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, and the US as needed.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Asset Finance and Leasing.




- Experience managing or supporting implementation projects in financial technology environments.
- Project Management experience, preferably in Asset Finance, Leasing, Lending, or financial services.
- Understanding of Commercial Lending is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and issue tracking.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across project lifecycles.
- Ability to monitor progress, identify delays, and support risk mitigation strategies.
- Data analysis, problem-solving, negotiation, and quality assurance skills.
- Spanish and English communication skills.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
