We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
Construction Manager




with a strong background in
hotel development and real estate construction
to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive construction strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. This professional will play a key role in protecting the client’s reputation, maximizing value, mitigating risks, and maintaining robust project controls throughout the lifecycle of hotel and mixed-use real estate developments.
