About the opportunity:

Our Financial Analysts participate in a diverse range of complex financial advisory projects simultaneously, across all phases of M&A; and financial advisory transactions. They are expected to play a proactive role within deal teams, working closely with internal staff and client executives to analyze a company from a financial, operational and strategic perspective. The adecuado candidate will help us identify new investment opportunities, monitor our existing portfolio companies, conduct financial analyses, develop financial models, and carry out industry and market research — all while working alongside a team with over 35 years of combined M&A; experience.

Responsibilities:

• Research industry and market dynamics, reviewing general and industry-specific press to identify trends and M&A; opportunities in Mexico.

• Create, audit and/or supervise financial modeling for M&A;, project finance and capital raising transactions, presenting written reports with robust analysis, supporting arguments and recommendations.



• Take ownership of specific tasks across all phases of the M&A; process: client proposals, status reports, business plans, promotional materials, management presentations, financial and valuation models, and sales presentations with potential clients.

• Work directly with clients to gain a high-level understanding of their industry and a detailed knowledge of their business.

• Actively participate in meetings with clients, internal staff, transaction counterparts and third-party advisors.

• Represent Serficor IMAP's mission and business ethics professionally in every client interaction, maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting or Business Administration.
