Job Description
- Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
- Report on project status and outcomes to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Management & NPI Manager Should Have




- A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects within the cable / harnesses industry.
- Strong knowledge of new product introduction processes and methodologies.
- Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
- Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and risks.
