You as our Regional Legal Counsel LATAM (Mexico City)
The Regional Legal Counsel LATAM will be a key contributor to the group’s global legal team, primarily serving as a business partner to the Latin American region in commercial, corporate, compliance, and transactional matters. Reporting to the CEO Mexico,



the Legal Counsel will be responsible for a wide variety of matters with a primary focus on negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, supporting corporate governance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal advice and counsel to the regional executive team. While the primary focus will be on Mexico, the role will also support commercial contracts across the broader LATAM region.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Latin American executive team and the global legal team on commercial, corporate, risk, and compliance matters.
- Provide legal support to business and finance colleagues in commercial contract negotiations and with respect to corporate, commercial, and compliance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, leases, licenses, confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents for the region.
- Support the corporate governance of regional subsidiaries.
