We’re looking for an experienced
QA Manual Tester
to join a collaborative technology team supporting enterprise-level applications.
This role is idóneo for someone with a strong eye for detail, solid testing fundamentals, and the ability to work closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Review features, requirements, and user stories.
- Create detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute functional, regression, and post-release testing.
- Document, report, and track defects.
- Maintain regression test suites.
- Support release planning and testing activities.
- Troubleshoot issues alongside technical and business teams.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Communicate risks, blockers, and testing results clearly.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong manual, functional, and regression testing background.
- Experience writing and executing SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or TFS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
- API testing knowledge.
- Experience with Postman or Swagger.
- Insurance or reinsurance industry experience.
- Agile training or certification.
