Role Description
This full-time Sales Specialist role at Bizerba de Mexico is a hybrid position based in Puebla, PUE, with a mix of on-site client visits and work-from-home activities. The Sales Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiating terms and closing deals, ensuring that customer needs are clearly understood and met. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, preparing and delivering product presentations and demos, and coordinating with internal teams to support order processing and after-sales service. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports and forecasts, participating in pricing and proposal development, and providing product and sales training to customers and internal stakeholders as needed. The Sales Specialist is expected to represent the company professionally, support continuous improvement in sales processes, and contribute to meeting regional sales targets.

- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and responsibilities in both on-site and remote settings.
