The People & Culture (P&C;) Partner, Mexico serves as the primary People & Culture resource for ShijiMex, responsible for leading and executing the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and business leaders. This role provides both strategic and operational HR partnership across employee relations, performance management, investigations, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, policy administration, compliance, and organizational initiatives. The P&C; Partner fosters a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace by providing practical, business-focused HR guidance,



ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and Company policies, and partnering closely with the Director of People & Culture, Americas to support business objectives and drive operational excellence.

What You Will Do
Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for Shiji Mexico, providing strategic and operational support across the full employee lifecycle while partnering with employees, managers, and business leaders across Mexico and the United States to align People & Culture initiatives with business objectives and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and Company policies.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with employees, managers, and business leaders by serving as a proactive, approachable, and consultative partner, providing practical guidance, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment.
