We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the Consultec team. You are passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You combine strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience principles, and you are comfortable transforming business requirements and complex workflows into simple, effective, and scalable interfaces.

This is a remote position.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication and collaboration with international teams and clients.

You Will
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into effective UX/UI solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.




- Define interaction patterns and ensure consistency across digital products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities with clients and internal teams.
- Identify usability issues and continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and testing.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Present and communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI processes, methodologies, and standards.
