In Office:
This is a 100% in-office role based at our Guadalajara, MEX location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.?
Position Overview
The Support Analyst will collaborate with various teams within the organization and focus on several key areas. Among key tasks are setting up and/or troubleshooting electronic FLEX and COBRA enrollment and/or COBRA file feeds between Paylocity Benefit systems, benefit system configuration, electronic banking transactions, and other key back-office functions supporting our Spending Accounts and COBRA clients.
