About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Construction Estimator
with experience estimating U.S. construction projects, particularly within insulation,



firestopping, or fireproofing scopes. You will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, reviewing construction documents, and producing competitive cost estimates for a variety of residential and commercial projects.

The adecuado candidate has strong technical estimating skills, is comfortable working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting a U.S.-based construction team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for insulation, firestopping, and fireproofing projects.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents to ensure complete project scope.
- Estimate residential, commercial, tenant improvement (TI), remodel, and ground-up construction projects.
- Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
- Utilize estimating and digital takeoff software such as BAS-SPEED, On-S
