SUMMARY

Design, define, and govern the taxonomy, language, and conversational experience of Totalplay's digital products and Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents, ensuring communication is consistent, intuitive, and aligned with business strategy, brand identity, and user needs.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree, Degree in: Design, Marketing, Communications, Related disciplines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content for digital interfaces and AI agents.

• Define and manage the organization's taxonomy for digital products and AI agents.

• Design and optimize the tone of voice, personality, and behavior of AI agents. Mexico City, Mexico

• Evaluate AI agent performance by analyzing conversations, recordings, and user interactions.

• Develop and maintain style guides, content standards, and taxonomy documentation.





• Collaborate with UX/UI, AI, Development, Product, and Business teams to define content for digital products and intelligent agents.

• Align taxonomy, naming conventions, and information architecture with business requirements to ensure consistency across channels.

• Define communication guidelines, tone of voice, and AI personality together with Product and Business teams.

• Coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of conversational flows and AI responses.

• Ensure content consistency with style guides, brand voice, and accessibility standards.

• Create and maintain documentation including: Style Guides, Voice & Tone Guidelines, Content Patterns.

• Adapt content for different audiences and digital platforms (web, mobile, applications, etc.).
