POSITION: ASSOCIATE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

POSITION SUMMARY
Performs mechanical and electrical maintenance and field service on JBT rental
and/or sold equipment (citrus juice extractors and ESS support equipment)
installed at customer sites across the region. Ensures reliable operation of
equipment, effective communication on safety, and high standards of customer
service, while accurately managing parts, documentation,
and compliance with JBT
policies.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide maintenance and service to JBT rental and/or sold equipment (citrus
juice extractors and ESS support equipment) installed at various customer
facilities in the region. This includes performing preventive and corrective
maintenance, supporting the supply of spare parts, promoting a strong safety
culture, and delivering excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA #1: CUSTOMER SERVICE / MCCA SUPPLY CHAIN (E)
* Follow up on maintenance activities, spare parts supply, and identification
of customer needs with plant, production, and maintenance managers.
* Ensure the supply chain for spare parts for rental equipment (EJ and ESS),
maintaining local stock levels to achieve delivery times shorter than factory
lead times and aligned with customer requirements.
* Perform on-site service to ensure high-quality customer support for
