WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
Supervise and manage production processes to meet customer requirements,
ensuring efficiency, quality, safety and hygiene, as well as compliance with the
Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure customer
requirements are met.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards across
production areas.
* Manage and control the human and material resources assigned to the area.
* Drive production efficiency by monitoring hourly performance and key
production metrics.
* Implement actions aimed at reducing scrap and material waste.
* Ensure compliance with the guidelines established by the Quality Management
System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
* Follow up on and close corrective and preventive actions resulting from
audits, incidents,
or process deviations.
* Train and develop personnel in production processes, safety, and quality
standards.
* Coordinate with support functions such as Quality, Engineering, Materials,
and Maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
* Manage inventories and ensure the proper use of materials and supplies.
* Verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - REQUIRED
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Production,
including problem-solving responsibilities.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience leading and supervising personnel.
* Knowledge of production efficiency and scrap reduction.
* Experience monitoring hourly production metrics.
* Knowledge of quality standards.
* Experience in material and inventory control.
