We are looking for a highly motivated Trade Show Specialist for our Guadalajara
operations. The Trade Show Specialist will report to the Global Marketing
Director and will manage and support a variety of communications activities.
This position is 100% presential.

Key Responsibilities





* Coordinate event participation at conferences and trade shows, including
attendance at events if required.
* Execute trade show and conference participation:
* Secure booth space, registrations, and necessary event accommodations
* Coordinate logistics, including shipping, setup, and breakdown of exhibit
materials
* Manage vendor relationships and oversee the production of marketing materials
* Facilitate team attendance by arranging schedules, coordinating speaking
engagements, and reviewing conference agendas
* Represent the company at events as needed, engaging with attendees and
prospects
* Track event performance, collect leads, and analyze outcomes to measure
success
* Project manage the development of collateral and messaging material.
* Collect and analyze marketing reporting metrics across all marketing channels
and systems (CRM, ClickDimensions, social media platforms, Google Analytics,
trade shows, etc.).
