JOB SUMMARY

Syntax is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Security
Compliance Specialist to lead and support security compliance initiatives across
the organization. This role is responsible for helping ensure adherence to
industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies
while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen Syntax’s security
posture, governance, risk management,



and control environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in information security,
governance, risk and compliance (GRC), audits, and regulatory frameworks such as
ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar standards. This role also
supports Syntax’s broader commitment to innovation by leveraging automation,
data-driven insights, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve compliance
efficiency, reporting, and risk visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage security compliance programs and initiatives across Syntax.
* Ensure compliance with applicable security frameworks, standards, and
regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate and support internal and external audits, assessments, and
remediation activities.
* Develop, review, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls.
* Conduct risk assessments and identify gaps in security and compliance
processes.
