The Business Process Excellence Professional CL will be an integral part of CEVA
Servicios de Mexico's 4PL Control Tower division,



based in Apodaca - Monterrey.
This role is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and
cost-effectiveness of transportation and logistics operations across North
America. By leveraging advanced analytical tools, process engineering
methodologies, and automation, the position supports both daily operational
execution and strategic supply chain initiatives.

As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for optimising ground
transportation operations covering Canada, the United States, and Mexico. This
includes managing domestic shipments as well as complex cross-border logistics
flows. The successful candidate will have proven experience in full truckload
(FTL), less than truckload (LTL), carrier management, routing strategies, and
compliance with cross-border regulations.
