Role Overview

We are looking for a Property Accountant to oversee the organization's financial
operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and
sound fiscal management. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting,
cash flow management, treasury operations, general ledger oversight, financial
analysis, and strategic planning to support business objectives. The position
will manage audits,



maintain compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable
accounting standards, identify and mitigate financial risks, and drive process
improvements through effective use of financial systems and reporting tools.
Additionally, the Finance Manager will lead and mentor the finance team while
supporting long-term profitability and operational excellence across the
organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including profit &
loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS
(International Financial Reporting Standards).
* Oversee budgeting processes, forecast financial performance, and implement
cost control measures to maximize profitability across multifamily
properties.
