Key Responsibilities




- Partner with business stakeholders across the Americas to identify opportunities and deliver digital transformation initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, processes, and functional specifications.
- Lead or coordinate project workstreams, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Support implementation and adoption of Commercial, Medical, Customer Engagement, Data and Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Serve as the link between business users, product teams, vendors, and technical experts.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, testing activities, user training, and change management initiatives.
- Map current and future business processes to drive simplification, automation, and standardization.
