We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing team at Tetla Plant, Tlaxcala. This position will be responsible for leading the plant's comprehensive maintenance strategy, ensuring the reliability, availability and efficiency of production equipment and auxiliary facilities through effective management of human,
technical and financial resources. He will also be responsible for promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence aligned with Prysmian's integral standards.
The ideal candidate should have experience in leading industrial maintenance teams, asset management, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and project management, with a focus on results, safety, and cost optimization.
Required knowledge
- Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments.
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Six Sigma Green Belt o Black Belt (deseable).
- Management of maintenance indicators (KPIs).
- Budget management and cost control.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 Management Systems.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 (desirable).
- Handling AutoCAD or similar technical design software.
