Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
The Production Manager directs and coordinates operational activities within the manufacturing process to achieve production objectives while meeting cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for the operation of an area covering the end-to-end manufacturing process.
- Manage and develop direct reports, including Supervisors and Technicians.
- Review and determine the resource and staffing needs of the assigned area.




- Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as Planning, Production Control, and Engineering.
- Ensure manufacturing operations comply with production quality and cost objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and drive key operational metrics and KPIs for the area.
- Identify area needs and request the necessary budget and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with management and key internal customers.
- Resolve escalated issues, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively to support plant goals.
- Follow up on daily shift operations, ensuring proper documentation and communication of incidents and operational impacts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Monitor production performance against the manufacturing plan and implement corrective actions when needed.
