About the Role

The Industrial Engineer has the responsibility of analyze operations, design efficient production workflows & reducing manufacturing inefficiencies, using lean tools and practices; in addition to supporting the introduction of new products through the creation,



training & maintenance of new procedures and standard methods.

Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing flow systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, thus ensuring optimal use of allocated operational resources, as well as safe and high-quality processes.
- Analyze/design cell operations & workflow sequences to meet established expectations, while maintaining optimal efficiency levels.
- Lead the implementation of lean processes in workstations, supporting a lean vision to reduce inventory, lead-times and waste, increasing the productivity and profitability of the site.
- Support the introduction of new products through the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procedures, methods, and work standards.
