Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara North
Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role involves play a key role in orchestrating large-scale programs, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling business growth through structured project governance and execution discipline.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/programs
- Translate strategic business objectives into actionable project plans
- Drive program governance, milestones, KPIs,
and risk management
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Facilitate executive-level reporting and decision-making
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead project reviews, gate approvals, and launch readiness activities
- Implement program management best practices and standardization
- Drive process improvements and lessons learned across projects
