YOUR TASKS
- Drive organizational transformation — lead change initiatives that truly make an impact.
- Design smart talent attraction strategies — from market mapping to creative sourcing approaches.
- Partner with business leaders to calibrate and secure top-tier talent aligned with both culture and performance.
- Elevate employer branding & engagement through innovative communication and talent engagement initiatives.
- Think outside the box to identify and collaborate with new vendors and talent pipelines.
- Optimize organizational structures and contribute to efficient span of control models.
- Navigate corporate environments with ease, understanding their pace, complexity, and decision-making dynamics.
- Support compliance and auditing processes (automotive experience is a plus)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of the labor regulations
- Communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry as a Human Recourses department or process
