In this position...
As part of our Product Development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the driving experience by leading the design, development, and production implementation of high-quality interior components and systems. Working at the intersection of design, engineering, and manufacturing,



you will transform innovative concepts into production-ready vehicles—ensuring superior craftsmanship, safety, ergonomics, and cost efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams and supplier partners to deliver exceptional products that inspire customer confidence and elevate brand quality.

Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, validation, and production release of vehicle interior components and systems from initial concept through full vehicle launch.
- Collaborate with design studio, craftsmanship, and ergonomics teams to develop master sections and ensure aesthetic concepts are feasible for manufacturing and assembly.
- Conduct computer-aided engineering (CAE) studies, package studies, and 3D CAD reviews in partnership with suppliers to optimize component fit, finish, structure, and performance.
