The role
The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To support the growth of the Ideals VDR in Mexico, we are looking to continue our expansion by adding a Business Development Associate based in the Mexico City area. Joining our Key Accounts team,
you will focus on high-value target accounts - building the kind of relationships that turn prospects into long-term customers.
As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to new customers and oversee a pipeline of opportunities to close deals. Engaging proactively with key account decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you’ll accelerate our continuous revenue growth in the Mexican market.

What you will do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Mexico
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Mexico and constantly developing new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Mexico
- Take part in arranging M&A; Community events, enhancing Ideals' visibility
