Job description:

The HSE Administrative Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) function by coordinating information, documentation, reports, and activities related to compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and support functions, contributing to risk management, occupational safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Works with limited supervision while ensuring the quality, confidentiality, and accuracy of information.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Prepare, consolidate, and manage HSE reports, presentations,



meeting minutes, and documentation.

Manage information, records, and files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

Monitor and follow up on legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Support compliance audits, inspections, and assessments.

Enter, update, and track information within platforms such as Enablon, HEART, and Human Tech.

Generate reports and key performance indicators related to safety, environmental compliance, and ergonomics.

Support the analysis and monitoring of information to facilitate informed decision-making.

Participate in risk identification and assessment activities.

Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Promote compliance with safety standards and corporate methodologies such as NBS.
