Role Summary

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing in coordination with local teams and third-party vendors. This position oversees timekeeping validation, local tax calculations, and Social Security compliance,



while serving as a key operational contact for SOX and CAD audit processes. A core aspect of this role is customer service and communication: interacting directly with employees and HR to resolve inquiries, managing sensitive data with strict confidentiality, and confidently presenting compliance documentation to internal and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Payroll Processing: Collaborate with external payroll vendors and local teams to execute, calculate, and review employee payouts, payment requests, and overall payroll cycles accurately and on schedule.

Audit & SOX Compliance: Support internal and external audits (including SOX and CAD audit controls) by providing accurate documentation, explaining payroll processes, and ensuring full regulatory alignment.
