Job Description

The Project Engineer (Building & Utilities) is responsible for planning, coordinating,



and executing construction and utility infrastructure projects within industrial facilities in Mexico and the America region. This role manages scope, schedule, cost, design coordination, contractor oversight, and technical quality for projects involving buildings, facility expansions, and critical utility systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project execution for building construction, facility upgrades, and utility system projects.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and resources for capital projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including charters, schedules, estimates, and risk registers.
• Coordinate design development from conceptual to detailed engineering.
• Review engineering deliverables such as P&IDs;, architectural plans, utility calculations, and specifications.
• Ensure integration between building systems and site utilities.
