The Quality Engineer helps ensure these platform capabilities meet defined quality standards through thoughtful test planning, automation, debugging, and close collaboration with development and product teams.

What a day in the life looks like:
- Develop, maintain, and execute software test plans for shared Titan platform capabilities
- Where automated tests are not available, either create new tests or perform manual tests
- Create and improve automated tests, scripts, and test programs to validate functionality, stability,



and regression coverage
- Pinpoint software issues using automated and manual testing approaches, partnering with development engineers to drive resolution
- Analyze defects, document clear reproduction steps, and help assess risk, severity, and customer impact
- Participate in pull requests, design discussions, and technical reviews with a quality-focused perspective
- Collaborate with Product Management, development teams, and QA peers across the organization to improve release confidence
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices, quality processes, and automation coverage

What you bring to the team:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, Test Automation, or Software Development
- Experience with test automation, testing frameworks, and QA best practices
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies
