Senior Quality System Engineer

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Quality Systems Engineer ensures that the company operates under a robust, process-based, audited management system in compliance with IATF standards and customer requirements.



This guarantees current certifications, access to new business, and mitigates the risk of non-conformance that may affect global automotive customers. This position offers the opportunity to become a leader in quality management, process focus, and regulatory compliance, with the potential to advance to Quality Manager or Regional Quality Systems Leader positions, in addition to driving quality process digitization and standardization projects at the corporate level.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Functions:

• Manage and maintain the quality management system (IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 9001) with a process-based approach, ensuring the interaction, measurement, and improvement of each process.

• Coordinate and follow up on internal, external, certification, and client audits, including layered audits (LPA) and process audits (VDA 6.3).
