About the Position:
We are looking for a SQA Engineer Specialist to join the Quality - GT Toluca team, reporting directly to the SQA Supervisor.
This position is based at our office in Toluca Plant.
As the SQA Engineer Specialist at Marelli,
you will be responsible develop advanced product quality planning to ensure compliance with both internal and external quality control standards and regulations, as well as specific customer requirements.
Follow up on corrective actions for process defects and customer complaints.
Your Responsibilities will be:
1 Analyze supplier performance data.
2 Identify key supplier risks.
3 Coordinate analyses with suppliers on quality issues to determine action plans aimed at improving the supplier’s process.
4 Maintain direct contact with suppliers regarding quality-related issues.
5 Responsible for supplier quality and compliance.
6 Understand specific customer requirements, ISO 9001, IATF, etc.
7 Understand the environmental objectives, environmental policy, scope, and environmental aspects
8 Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and/or any impact on the environment
9 Shut down any equipment and/or process that poses an unsafe condition and/or a negative environmental impact
