About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join the Supply Chain and Logistic AL&S; team, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.

This position is based at our office in Juárez, Mexico; Plant 1.

As the Customer Services Representative at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Review forecasts, monitor ticket portals,



manage cumulative resets, and communicate demand or delivery changes.
- Coordinate shipments, documentation, ASN submissions, inventory accuracy, packaging, and external warehouse processes.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, lead times, flexibility limits, and management systems.
- Support continuous improvement by preventing delays, costs, errors, nonconformities, and maintaining proper records.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

LANGUAGE:
English 90%

EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

EXPERIENCE THAT MAY SUBSTITUTE EDUCATION LEVEL:
10 years in a similar position.
