Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Technical Delivery Leads, driving the successful implementation of customer digital solutions, managing project escalations, and aligning technical delivery with customer requirements and business goals.
The Digital Solutions team partners closely with Technical Architects, Project Managers, Configurators, Developers, and Business Leadership to design and deliver secure, scalable Enterprise Content Management and document automation products.

What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Guide, mentor, and supervise a team of Technical Delivery Leads while managing resource utilization, billable metrics, and individual performance development.
- Technical Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into detailed design documents and system functional diagrams across Enterprise Content Management, capture, and cloud platforms.
- Agile Delivery Management: Oversee product roadmap
