Job Overview
The Senior Materials Manager leads end-to-end materials management across Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping, Receiving, Warehousing, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). The role ensures material availability, production continuity, and on-time customer delivery while optimizing inventory and working capital. The position integrates execution across co-located operations to enable efficient daily presence and decision-making, while aligning tactical execution with mid- and long-term SIOP plans.A Day In The Life

Review shortages and material risks
Align planning, purchasing, and production priorities
Monitor warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
Oversee shipping execution and backlog
Ensure execution aligns with SIOP commitments
Customer delivery and production continuity

Strong SAP knowledge (MRP, Purchasing, Inventory)
Deep understanding of SIOP / IBP processes
Ability to translate demand signals into supply strategies
Leadership and cross-functional coordination




Supplier and logistics management
Continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency with MS Office applications required.
