SUPERVISAR Y COORDINAR LAS ACTIVIDADES DEL PROCESO PRODUCTIVO, ASEGURAR EL
CUMPLIMIEMTO DE LOS PLANES DE PRODUCCION. LOS ESTANDARES DE CALIDAD, SEGURIDAD,
COSTO, INVENTARIO Y EFICIENCIA OPERATIVA UTILIZANDO EL SISTEMA DE LEAN DAILY
MANAGEMENT. EL SUPERVISOR ES EL RESPONSABLE DE LAS 24 HORAS DE OPERACION DE LAS
CELDAS ASIGNADAS.
