JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications

our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Process Engineering Manager located in
Guadalajara.





The Process Engineering Manager – Painting Operations is responsible for leading
all engineering activities associated with powder coating, surface preparation,
and finishing processes for sheet metal products, racks, cabinets, and
enclosures. This role drives manufacturing excellence through process
optimization, automation, quality improvement, capacity expansion, and cost
reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and
industry standards.

The position oversees a team of Process Engineers and Technicians supporting
high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments and serves as the primary
technical leader for painting operations, collaborating closely with Product
Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations
teams
