To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the Sr Program Management the Program Manager role will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:




Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
Leader for Large NPI projects.
Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.
Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.
Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables
Provide advice
