Technical Support Engineer
Technical Support Engineers at Schneider Electric provide a combination of electrical, systems, network communications and application-specific software skills to provide technical support to our customers, application engineers, and sales team. Problem-solving is crucial as you will resolve technical issues by researching, identifying, developing, recommending and documenting corrective measures.

You will partner with application engineers to assist with site-specific difficulties during new site commissioning, as well as system upgrades and expansions.



In addition, partnering with sales personnel is essential in the pursuit of new business, and you will provide pre-sales technical support and assist with customer evaluations and system. You will also participate in power monitoring system development projects by contributing knowledge of customer applications, providing user information requirements, adding to and updating Schneider Electric’s knowledgebase repository, providing test scenarios and typical use-cases, and occasionally participating in product development and testing.
