Main activity:

Coordinate actions and administer resources to ensure timely compliance with the
weekly production schedule. Coordinate the activities of production leaders.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate actions and administer resources to meet weekly production
schedules in a timely manner with quality and efficiency.
* Administer human resources regarding attendance, overtime, and permissions
according to company policies.
* Investigate process waste and implement corrective actions for continuous
improvement.
* Follow up on continuous improvement projects and ensure timely completion.
* Ensure the quality management system is implemented in assigned areas.
* Identify and provide training for personnel under supervision.
* Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate group leader activities.
* Establish work-in-process inventory control mechanisms.
* Collaborate in planning future production weeks.

Education and Experience:

* Industrial Engineering, Business Management,



Electronics, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a production environment under an
ISO system.

Background:

* Resource Management.
* Basic knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kanban, and Six Sigma.
* Inventory Control.
* Technical Drawing Interpretation.
* Bilingual Spanish-English (Preferred).
