JOB SUMMARY

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Process Engineer - Painting Area (Powder
Coating) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers




and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Sr. Process Engineer role is
responsible for powder painting processes, define controls, manual and automated
processes for painting application. New product introduction among other
activities.

What a typical day looks like:

* Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
* Work with automatized line and manual processes for painting application.
* Provide advanced technical support to production for process failure
resolution.
* Actively participate in NPI, Transfers, and Ramp-ups. As well as process
validations.
* Work with suppliers on new materials and new equipment acquisition.
* Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC, and Safety standards.
* Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the
product
* Define, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for
manufacturability.
