JOB SUMMARY

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Buyer- Indirect Procurement located in
Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Materials the Buyer- Indirect Procurement is
responsible for managing purchasing activities and supporting procurement
requirements for multiple sites. This role focuses on supplier management,
sourcing, negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely acquisition
of indirect materials and services while complying with company policies and
procedures.

What a typical day looks like:





* Manage and follow up on procurement requirements from multiples sites,
ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial agreements,
including lead times, pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions.
* Analyze quotations, compare proposals, and recommend the best sourcing
options based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
* Prepare reports and procurement analyses using Excel tools, including pivot
tables and data analysis.
* Provide support and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
* Execute tactical purchasing decisions and support corporate sourcing
initiatives.
* Manage sourcing events, RFQs, supplier bidding processes, and contract
negotiations within approved authority levels.
* Conduct quarterly supplier performance reviews and support supplier
development activities.
