JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara North





The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product and process quality
throughout manufacturing operations. This role develops inspection methods,
monitors process performance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and
ensures compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal
quality procedures

What a typical day looks like:

* Develop and implement precise inspection methods to identify product and
process anomalies.
* Ensure compliance with dimensional, workmanship, and functional requirements
specified by customers.
* Support quality activities in painting, metal finishing, plastic molding, or
automotive manufacturing processes.
* Monitor and analyze quality metrics, including Yield, DPPM, PDCA, and other
performance indicators.
* Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Control Plans, and
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
