JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations manager located in Guadalajara,
North Campus.





Reporting to Sr Operation Manager, Operations manager this role involves
overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group
of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

What a typical day looks like:

* Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for
excellence.
* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production
and engineering services policies and practices.
* Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
* Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
* Coach and mentor Operations team.
* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recru
