DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Support the Compensation & Benefits team in the development, administration, and
promotion of initiatives focused on enhancing the employee value proposition.
The intern will be responsible for the active search and management of
agreements with external providers, database analysis and development, as well
as supporting the planning and execution of employee benefits-related events.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
* Support the management, communication, creation,
and follow-up of benefits
providers, as well as the development of databases for the area.
* Support the planning and execution of the Benefits Fair.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT
Vendor Management and External Relations
* Conduct proactive searches for new partnerships with universities, gyms,
restaurants, financial institutions, recreational centers, and other service
providers.
* Follow up on existing agreements and manage renewals when necessary.
* Identify opportunities to improve and expand the benefits portfolio.
