company operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and
Australia.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The engineer will join our client’s SSP Software Development team, working on a
high-throughput Supply Side Platform in the AdTech domain. The platform
processes hundreds of billions of real-time ad requests per day, creating
complex technical challenges around performance, scalability, and operational
excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Own complex backend initiatives end-to-end, including design, implementation,
integration, rollout, and operation;




* Build high-throughput, low-latency backend services for systems processing
billions of transactions per day;
* Integrate with DSPs, SSPs, third-party data providers, and AdTech standards
such as OpenRTB and VAST;
* Work with distributed systems, efficient caching, streaming pipelines, and
in-memory data stores such as Redis, Kafka, and Aerospike;
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in large-scale production
systems;
* Apply an SRE mindset, including observability, incident response, capacity
planning, and shared on-call support;
* Drive testing, monitoring, and automation coverage, including load and
acceptance testing;
* Apply an AI-first mindset to software development and data exploration;
* Raise the technical bar through code reviews, mentorship, and process/tooling
improvements;
* Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
and architecture;
