Objetivo del puesto
Realizar investigación que derive en el diseño de propuestas para mejorar el engagement y conversiones de los websites, vía pruebas A/B y targueteo de contenidos.
Responsabilidades principales
Llevar a cabo investigación para obtener distinciones sobre el comportamiento de los usuarios en los websites.
Localizar y obtener la data necesaria (e.g., behavioral, VOC, transactional, demográfica) para la investigación.
Idear y diseñar pruebas a aplicar como potenciales mejores en los websites, por medio de pruebas A/B y targeteo de contenidos
