1) Engine Room Equipment and Systems and Utilities Operation and Maintenance1 Prepare Engine Room Plant and Systems for start-up, including vessel utility systems sourced from ER.2 Start and Monitor Engine Room Plant and Systems, including vessel utility systems sourced from ER.3 Prepare and Shutdown Engine Room Plant and Systems,
including vessel utility systems sourced from ER.4 Isolate and reinstate Engine Room Plant and for Maintenance, including vessel utility systems sourced from ER.2) Manage And Supervise Effectively1 Establish effective relationships with colleagues and subordinates.2 Establish scope of work clearly (briefings, toolbox talks, presentations).3 Plan and control use of resources effectively.
