Your Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and
continuous evolution of DevOps practices across multi鈥慶loud environments
including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Salesforce. You will own CI/CD pipelines
end鈥憈o鈥慹nd, drive automation at scale, and ensure secure, reliable, and
high鈥憄erforming deployment processes.

In this role, you are expected to operate with strong autonomy, guide teams on
best practices, and influence architectural decisions that elevate delivery
excellence. You will collaborate with development, QA, business stakeholders,
and integral teams to ensure seamless integration, environment stability, and




operational efficiency. Your expertise in scripting, monitoring, governance, and
cloud engineering will be essential to strengthening Capgemini鈥檚 delivery
capabilities in the Mexican market.

Responsibilities & Scope

* Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure
DevOps, Copado, and SFDX
* Lead multi鈥慶loud deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Salesforce
* Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to streamline
operations
* Enforce Git branching strategies, version control discipline, and release
governance
* Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization solutions for
high鈥慳vailability environments
* Strengthen security practices, including secrets management and compliance
readiness
* Maintain and evolve documentation such as runbooks, release guides, and
environment configurations
