The Launch Box is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our growing MSP team. This role combines hands-on client support with cloud administration, endpoint management, and automation-driven improvements.

You will provide technical support across Windows and macOS environments, supporting both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. In addition to support responsibilities, we are looking for someone with programming and scripting skills to improve efficiency through automation and system integration.

Location: This is a fully remote position. However, candidates must be based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

What You Will Do:

Client Support:
- Serve as a primary technical contact for clients via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace users (email, collaboration tools, access management)
- Assist with identity, MFA, and account security issues
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of tickets

Systems & Cloud Support:
- Assist in administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Assist in administering Google Workspace (Admin Console, user provisioning, policies)
- Support Entra ID identity and access management
- Assist with endpoint management (RMM, Intune, macOS device manag
